The delivery men from Otty arrived with my new mattress just as my new Otty bedframe was being put together So I showed the men what was happening re the bedframe,they were friendly helpful arrived on time as agreed.I love my new Matress from Otty

Ordering on line was simple, and one question promptly answered by a real person. We bought a bed frame which took 2 people an hour and a bit to assemble. Delivery was as transmitted in messages. Strong, supportive and smart-looking. We are very happy with it.

This has been a long time coming to replace our old mattress. We had tried many but decided on the Otty Mattress and we can not speak highly enough of this mattress.

The support is amazing and the comfort is second to none. They are quite firm but give good support.

Would definitely recommend this and well worth the money.

What a fantastic company, I'm blown away. I didn't think companies like this still existed. I sent pictures of my mattress, (that I have always been happy with) because it was sagging on one side. I'd had it for nearly 3 years, and they are exchanging it for a brand new one. "BEAT THAT" ! YOU need to buy your mattress from these people, they are the best !

From ordering to delivery, this was so easy and efficient with excellent communication. We knew we were in for a treat as the Otty Hybrid had been recommended by 3 groups of family/ friends. We are delighted to be having such quality comfort and sleep.

Great service and a very comfy mattress - medium firm, not too soft, not too firm, not too hot!

This topper is amazing. I went from sore hips and back to pain free in a couple of days. Well worth purchasing. The depth is smaller than shown on photos, I haven’t felt too hot nor too cold with it on either (written in winter).

So far the mattress has been really comfortable and sleep has improved. At present I would highly recommend. Bought pillows too and they have helped as well and would also recommend.
Communication and delivery were also very good.

I've never been overly happy with this mattress as it did get a bit sunken in the area that was used most, but it wasn't major, however, the zip broke recently and I discovered this while changing the sheets. I emailed but got no reply. Today I called and was told someone opened my email but didn't respond and that the cover was only guaranteed for a year and I'd have to buy a new one. It's less than two years old so I am very disappointed.

Mattress is great, so comfortable and literally feels like we’re sleeping on a cloud! Delivery guys were lovely. Only down side is the very restrictive delivery if you work full time Mon-Fri and don’t WFH.

The Otty hybrid mattress - purchased about a month ago - is wonderful! It is good and firm but with enough give in it to make all sleeping positions very comfortable. There was very little odour from the foam and non at all now.

We chose OTTY based on reviews and their clear and informative website. Communication and delivery were great, with the mattress being delivered within a week of ordering. We were very happy with the comfort of the Pure Hybrid, so decided to make a further purchase of the Aura mattress for our guest room (tested and also very comfortable). After a few weeks, I did start to wonder if the Pure Hybrid was perhaps a little too firm for me, but decided to trial it for a bit longer. I'm so pleased I did, as the back ache I had previously suffered from has now almost disappeared.

Really pleased with our mattress and the speed it was delivered at. I was a little apprehensive about buying a mattress without trying it first, but had been recommended it by a friend, and I was not disappointed. The memory foam topping is sooooo comfortable, and it is just the right level of firm underneath. I am sleeping better and no longer waking with back pain. I was kept informed by text of the whole order, and it arrived in the first 5 minutes of my 1hr delivery slot, and the delivery staff were really lovely too. Great service.
